Read the club rules
  1. A private circle, by referral. Chapitre 75 is a private club of Burgundy wine lovers founded by three enthusiasts based in Beaune.
  2. How to become a member? Membership is reserved for adults who have been referred and then admitted by the club. Membership is free. It becomes effective once the form has been received and approved by Chapitre 75. A personal membership card and private access to the wine selection are then sent to the member.
  3. Member benefits. The permanent list: selected Burgundy wines at member prices. Allocations: exclusive cuvées in limited quantities, offered regularly. Concierge service: advice and support for your events (private views, weddings, birthdays, etc.). Invitations: tailor-made stays & events at Le Central Boutique-Hôtel Beaune, subject to availability. Optional paid service: a dedicated box to store your wines in our cellar in Beaune (bottles filmed, secured and insured). Rates: €250 / year up to 30 bottles, €390 / year up to 60 bottles. Shipping on request, at extra cost.
  4. Membership renewal condition. After one year, membership is maintained subject to a minimum of €300 (incl. VAT) of purchases over the last rolling 12 months. If this threshold is not reached, Chapitre 75 may offer a regularisation or end the membership after informing the member individually. No purchase or payment is ever automatic.
  5. Orders and prices. The wine list, prices, availability and delivery terms are specified before any order. Allocations are distributed according to requests and available quantities. Confirmed orders are governed by separate General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The sale of alcohol to minors is prohibited. The club may ask for proof of age, in particular for the first order or upon delivery.
  6. Personal card and access. The membership card and private access are strictly personal and non-transferable. The information and prices provided are confidential and may not be disclosed. Resale of the wines ordered is prohibited.
  7. Leaving the club. Members may leave the club at any time and free of charge by writing to contact@chapitre75.com. Members who keep wines in a club box in Beaune must collect them. The club may refuse a membership application without giving reasons and may terminate a membership if the club rules are not respected.

03 Personal data protection

Controller: BURGUNDY HOSPITALITY AND FOOD SARL. Purposes: management of membership, membership card and access to club services; marketing emails only with your consent. Legal bases: performance of the membership and consent for marketing. Recipients: authorised staff and necessary service providers. Retention: membership data for the duration of membership, then 3 years unless archiving is justified; marketing data for the duration of the relationship and 3 years after it ends, unless withdrawn or objected to; invoices and accounting records for 10 years from the end of the financial year. Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability where applicable, and withdrawal of consent. Contact: contact@chapitre75.com.
